The Role
You are the partner's point of contact. Every partner has a shared Slack channel with us and you live in it. You answer their questions, keep them current on where their build stands, make sure their calls get scheduled, and send them their numbers.
Most of what goes wrong on an engagement is not the work. It is a partner who stopped replying, a call that never got booked, a week where nobody told them what was happening. This role is what prevents that.
What You Own
- The shared Slack channel. Questions answered, nothing left sitting
- Keeping every partner current on where their build is and what is next
- Getting their calls on the calendar, and chasing when one slips
- Reporting the numbers back: booked calls, show rate, close rate
- Chasing whatever is blocked on their side, from filming to approvals to account access
- Flagging a partner who has gone quiet, while it can still be turned around
Who This Is For
- You write well and you reply fast
- You chase. You are the person who sends the third follow-up
- You can read a dashboard and explain what it says in plain language
- You are comfortable being the face of work you did not personally build
Who This Is Not For
- You want a ticket queue and a script to work from
- You go quiet when a conversation gets uncomfortable
- You need the work broken into defined tasks before you start
The Role
You run paid acquisition inside our partners' Meta ad accounts. The scoreboard is booked calls and cost per qualified lead, measured against what those calls are actually worth.
The job changed with Andromeda. Retrieval now reads the creative itself and predicts the audience from it, so the lever moved off manual targeting and onto creative supply and account structure. Near-identical variants get clustered into one entity and share a single ticket to the auction, which means volume without real variation buys you nothing. We want someone already building for that.
What You Own
- AI-assisted creative at volume, and the judgement to know which of that output is worth spending on
- Creative velocity. A steady flow of genuinely distinct angles, not twenty crops of the same ad
- Campaign structure. Testing, scaling and retargeting kept separate, one Concept per ad set so a result means something
- Pixel conditioning, so the account stops learning toward leads that cannot buy
- The kill decisions, and the call on which angle gets built next
- Weekly reporting a founder can act on without a translator
Who This Is For
- You have personally managed spend and can give the numbers without opening a dashboard
- You can explain what Andromeda changed and what you started doing differently because of it
- You produce creative fast with AI in the loop, and you can tell real output from filler
- You think in CPA against LTV, not CPM against CTR
- Meta is your primary platform and has been for a while
Who This Is Not For
- Your paid experience is Google search only
- You have managed spend inside an account structure someone else built and maintained
- Your idea of testing is twenty versions of the same creative
- You optimise for whichever metric is easiest to move
